  • When will my order be shipped?
    Your order will be shipped within 3 business days after payment confirmation. IMPORTANT: If your order has an item scheduled for later shipment, the shipping period starts counting from the date informed at the time of purchase. Please check the product's description for more information.
  • How can I pay for my order?
    You can pay by credit card using PayPal.
  • I have entered incorrect info on my order. What can I do?
    If you detect any wrong information on your order after completing the payment process, you must contact us immediately by email (global@shoprolling.world).
  • I have placed my order but I want to add something else to it. Is it possible?
    Yes, if you write to our e-mail within 24 hours after placing your order. Please write to global@shoprolling.world .
  • How can I follow up my order?
    To follow up your order through our website, you will need to register before placing the order, thus ensuring that your order will be linked to your registration. If you already have an account on our site, please login before ordering. Registration done, order placed, you can follow up your order in MY ORDERS, after logging in with your registration information. If you prefer not to register, the easiest way to follow up is through the emails sent to your email address every time the order status changes (approved, confirmed, shipped, etc.). It is important to provide as many contact information as possible (email, cell phone) so that we can contact you if necessary.
  • Will I have to pay customs and duties?
    International customers may be required to pay customs charges. All customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge.
  • What is Rolling's return policy?
    You can return an item within 14 days after receiving your order. Just inform us by email (hello@shoprolling.com.br) with your order number, product you wish to return and the reason. We will get back to you with instructions within 5 business days. The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges Items must be returned under the following conditions: With tags, seals and intimate protectors (if applicable); In the original packaging with all accessories; Clean and without signs of use or washing, no odors or stains (please ensure all items are tried on over underwear and are not damaged by the transfer of make-up or deodorant). All returned items will be analyzed by our team and we will get back to you by email within 7 business days with the exchange credit or chargeback information. Products returned outside of the above conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the buyer upon payment of new shipping fee. IMPORTANT: Legwear (socks, tights, leg warmers, knee pads) is not returnable. Rolling does not offer exchanges, only store credit or refund.
